We are a real estate appraisal firm that has been in practice since 1987. The majority of our assignments are concentrated throughout the Tri-State area. Our principals are licensed and certified in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as other eastern States.
Our staff is certified and knowledgeable in the field, and all reports are reviewed and signed by Richard J. Anastasio, MAI. Most of our most recent assignments have involved office buildings, retail centers, and multi-family dwellings in the City as well as the surrounding Boroughs and Townships. Larger assignments include the The Empire State Building, the Pepsi Bottling Group Headquarters, the Eastview Housing Complex on Roosevelt Island and a 218 building package of outer-borough apartment buildings for a major Security House completed in the 1990’s.
All of our appraisers are State Certified, our reports are thoroughly researched, analyzed, and supported, our fees are competitive, and our turn-around time is swift. In addition, we provide an array of consulting services such as due diligence, site studies, inspection services, and feasibility analyses.
