The ConEd planned moratorium caused a great deal of uncertainty for the commercial and residential real estate market in lower Westchester County. Alternative energy sources are being evaluated to allow businesses and residents the opportunity to expand and grow in light of potentially restricted access to ConEd resourses. Join scott Smith from NYSERDA and Nick Ward-Willis from Keane and Beane Attorneys at Law as we understand the current state of supply and demand for energy sources in lower Westchester and explore clean energy options and incentives being provided by New York State.
