ZOOM VIRUTAL CLASS - Sales Remedial or Gap Course - 30 HOUR

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST HAVE A VIDEO ON YOUR DEVICE IN ORDER FOR THE INSTRUCTOR AND MODERATOR TO SEE YOU. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO THE ZOOM CLASS THE DAY BEFORE THE CLASS TAKES PLACE. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ZOOM LINK, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK MAIL. This course is for those who were licensed prior to July 1, 2008 and want to become a broker or associate broker but do not have the pre-requisite 75 hour salespersons course. Subject matter consists of the topics not included in the original 45 hour sales course but are now required for any NYS New real estate license. A proctored final exam is required before the certificate of completion is issued. PLEASE NOTE: 19.5 hours of ce credit will be given upon completion of the proctored school exam.  3 hours of Fair Housing are not included in the course syllabus and must be taken separately to comply with DOS renewal requirement to complete the 22.5 hours.
